School Charter 2011 - 2014

This document is the Strategic Plan for Owairoa Primary School for the four years 2011~ 2014. This plan has been developed to coincide with the direction and vision of the new Board of Trustees term. It is planned as a dynamic document, responsive to change, and will be reviewed annually. Changes to direction will be documented in the school’s Annual Plan.

This Strategic Plan documents how our school will manage the National Administrative Guidelines through our Policies, Annual Management Plan and programmes of work including those for Curriculum, Assessment and Staff Professional Development. An ongoing programme of self-review in relation to policies, plans and programmes including evaluation of information on student achievement will be undertaken. Reports will be given to parents on individual student achievement, and on achievement of the student body as a whole through the Board of Trustees.
