As part of Year 4 Science this term, students have been busily learning about the different types of forces. They have investigated gravity, friction, and levers.
During ISTEAM, Team 4 decided to have a class tug of war challenge. Classes practised in the morning, looking at technique, friction and how to work as a team to beat their opponents.
In the afternoon classes challenged other classes and teachers took on student teams in an epic battle of force! The McIntyre Building came alive with spectators, cheering, and squealing. Classmates bursting with excitement jumped up and down. The sounds of suspense spread through the Middle and Senior school.
The challenge concluded with M2 announced as the overall winner, and excitement all around.
